I used to believe that healing was a destination. That once you “made it,” you’d finally rest in peace. But after walking through breast cancer, personal brokenness, and years of searching for worth in the wrong places — God revealed something deeper: healing is not a destination; it’s an awakening. It’s a sacred remembering of who you are.

Today, I stand before you not as someone who has it all figured out, but as a woman whose pain was transformed into purpose. I am a holistic health coach, mindset mentor, breast-cancer thriver, and author of The 12 Self-Love Languages® Volumes 1 & 2. I’m also the creator of the Self-Love Assessment— tools born from my own journey of rising, unlearning shame, and rediscovering identity in God’s love.

From that place of renewed identity, I founded the Falling In Love With You Institute — a sacred school built on the faith-rooted SACRED™ framework, where women are invited to unravel lies, reclaim truth, and step into wholeness. I am also the founder and host of Falling In Love With You Retreat — a soulful sanctuary crafted especially for Black women to connect deeply, heal collectively, and awaken into worthiness, sisterhood, and spiritual alignment.

My mission is simple, yet powerful: I walk beside women who have forgotten their value, offering evidence-based spiritual and emotional tools, tender mentorship, and a community rooted in love, faith, and radical self-acceptance. I don’t preach perfection. I offer presence. I don’t demand performance. I create space.

Because here’s the truth I’ve learned — you are not a project to be fixed. You are a promise, waiting to be remembered. And when a woman remembers who she truly is, she doesn’t just heal — she becomes a magnet for purpose, peace, and power.
